“In 2017, I completed my internship in Industrial Engineering and Management at Vipex, and at the end of the three months, I was offered a position at the company.

I began working in the production department, specifically in the Process Engineering area. During this period, the entire team showed remarkable willingness to collaborate with me and to share their knowledge.

In 2019, the production area was reorganized into three cells, and I was assigned responsibility for one of them.

In 2021/22, I began training on injection-stretch blow moulding machines, and in 2023, I moved to the cell that operates this equipment, where I currently hold responsibility.

I consider my journey at the company to have been marked by consistent and significant growth, made possible by the openness and support demonstrated across the organization, as well as by the opportunities for development and training provided. These experiences have contributed greatly to my professional and personal growth.”
