Responsibilities:

Profile:

  • Educational qualifications at 12th grade level in the industrial field, electromechanics, or engineering (preferable)
  • Experience in team management (preferable)
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in plastic injection processes (mandatory)
  • Knowledge of maintenance (preferable)
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Availability to work in continuous rotating shift regime
  • Interpersonal skills

Schedule:

  • 3 Rotating Shifts, 08:00-16:00; 16:00-24:00; and 24:00-08:00 from Monday to Sunday, with 2 rotating days off

Functions:

  • Plan, coordinate, and control the project life cycle (Stage-Gate), from concept to production start
  • Ensure budget, technical specifications, and contractual obligations
  • Integrate internal areas (engineering, production, quality, purchasing, commercial) and suppliers
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; promote continuous improvement
  • Report status, costs, and risks to Management (KPIs: schedule, cost, quality, time-to-SOP)

Profile:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering

  • Experience in Project Management; certification/training in Project Management is valued

  • Experience in polymers/injection and/or molds is valued

  • Ability for clear communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment

  • Results-oriented, continuous improvement, and innovation

  • Strong knowledge of English

  • Experience in an Industrial Environment

  • Good computer skills from a user perspective

  • Proactivity and dynamism.

  • Good organizational skills

  • Critical thinking

Functions:

  • Ensure the quality level of products in accordance with customer requirements

  • Inspect the product at various stages of the process (intermediate, final), including random inspections

  • Ensure rigorously that the shipped product meets customer requirements

  • Record inspections according to internal procedures

  • Ensure segregation of non-conforming products, as well as their correct identification, to prevent the use of such products; prepare the necessary reports regarding rejections

Profile:

  • 12th Grade (Preferred)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product quality inspection work in industrial plastic units

  • Experience in the automotive industry is valued

  • Interest in quality inspection work

  • Computer skills from a user perspective

  • Strong sense of responsibility

  • Good communication and accuracy;

  • Fluent English (preferred)

  • Availability to work in shifts, weekly or in Continuous Operation mode
