Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor different plastic injection parameters, ensuring proper operation of production equipment;
• Assembly and disassembly of molds and respective peripherals;
• Preparation of the injection process for production start-up;
• Evaluation of defects in injected parts and implementation of corrective measures.

Profile:

• High School Diploma (preferred);
• Experience in plastic injection;
• Experience in injection mold changeovers;
• Intermediate and/or advanced process adjustment (tuning) skills;
• Experience in programming plastic injection machines, mold assembly, and injection equipment setup/tuning;
• Basic computer skills (user level);
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Functions:

• Plan, coordinate, and control the project life cycle (Stage-Gate), from concept to production start
  
• Ensure budget, technical specifications, and contractual obligations
• Integrate internal areas (engineering, production, quality, purchasing, commercial) and suppliers
• Identify risks and implement mitigation plans; promote continuous improvement
• Report status, costs, and risks to Management (KPIs: schedule, cost, quality, time-to-SOP)

Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering

• Experience in Project Management; certification/training in Project Management is valued

• Experience in polymers/injection and/or molds is valued

• Ability for clear communication and teamwork in a multidisciplinary environment

• Results-oriented, continuous improvement, and innovation

• Strong knowledge of English

• Experience in an Industrial Environment

Functions:
Provide support across various areas of the department, namely:

• Install, configure, and maintain various application software components and IT equipment;
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to application software;
• Diagnose technical problems related to hardware;
• Respond to user requests for technical assistance (e.g., helpdesk);
• Prepare activity reports;
• Support the review of procedures and task innovation processes.

Profile:

• High School Diploma (preferably a technical course in IT) or university attendance in a related field;
• Strong organizational skills;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proficient user of Microsoft Office tools.

Functions:

• Ensure the proper operation of the electrical and mechanical equipment within the plant;
• Carry out corrective and preventive maintenance interventions defined by the company;
• Perform diagnostic, analysis and fault detection activities on industrial equipment;
• Install, prepare and test industrial machines and equipment;
• Interpret electrical diagrams, technical drawings and other technical specifications;
• Prepare maintenance intervention reports and records;
• Support production teams in process optimisation and daily operational management.

Profile:

• Technical training in industrial maintenance or electricity is preferred;
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of professional experience in similar positions within an industrial/manufacturing environment (MANDATORY);
• Technical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, pneumatics and hydraulics;
• Solid knowledge of industrial machinery and preventive/corrective maintenance practices;
• Strong interpersonal skills, innovation mindset, problem-solving ability and adaptability to change;
• Strong organisational skills;
• Proactive attitude;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Availability to work in shifts.
